Very satisfied! My bike needed some maintenance and this was bicycle shop number 3 where I ended up. Number 1 and 2 only had 14 days after telephone contact to receive the bicycle and then it had to stay there for a few more days. So called to the Giant store and I could go straight the next day, the next morning to my surprise I was called that the bike was ready to be picked up. Everything necessary has been done. And sowww, it was more than neat! The employee / mechanic has given me a number of good clear tips with regard to cleaning / minor maintenance that I can do myself. You noticed that it is a real connoisseur who shared his knowledge with me with passion. I never thought of these small acts myself. All in all: super service, quick help, friendly staff, good price. I will definitely come back here and can only recommend the Giant Store Sittard !!

Compliments for the super service! Two bicycles ordered, one bicycle turned out not to be available within the promised period. Be able to use a luxury rental bicycle for four (!) Months, during the entire summer period. We kept well informed of the possibilities and offered various customer-friendly alternatives and all agreements were met. Recently we picked up the ordered, now new model, bicycle. Very satisfied with this. In short, a big thank you to Ron and his expert team.
