We bought 2 E bikes at Coorens 3 years ago. Despite my explicit request that I wanted a new bike, not the show model, the owner tried to sell me the show model as being the new bike. Finally ordered a new bike. Made an appointment for a service a few months ago. Behind my back to make annoying comments because I had indicated that the battery had to be charged, not very professional. A brief explanation about the loan bike was apparently too much trouble. Rude response on the phone when I wanted to pass on something. In short, we will never buy a bicycle there again. Annoying, underhanded owner and rude staff. Even if you are busy, you shouldn't be dealing with customers that way. Apparently you are doing too well.

Nice business with skilled and customer-friendly employees. Definitely recommended for people looking for quality for a fair price. There is something for everyone and they really think along with the customer. They are honest and say what is or is not possible and even then they think along with you where you could be helped. All in all, very professional. I am very positive about this company and its employees.

Top shop with a ditto workshop. Not in specialized racing or mountain bikes, but for ALL regular (electric) bicycles and scooters, this is the shop.
