Not customer friendly. Bicycle lost more than a week in repair after collection, it is immediately wrong again. Flat tire. And valve was not properly tightened air came out. Bringing the bike back the next day now claims that I have driven a piece of iron in no more than 5 minutes that I have been on the bike and have to pay again. My last time with stienen.
