Corona affects us all and safety rules are therefore important. In the pharmacy, only 3 people are allowed in the waiting area and must remain behind the yellow ribbon. Very well arranged. An assistant deviates from this. Her approach is not pleasant, but rather curt. After the recipe is ready she puts it on her counter and walks away with the message to get it there. This while it is printed in bold that the customers may not get behind the yellow ribbon. Why doesn't she put it on the coffee cart (on which the recipe must also be placed), then walks away and the customer takes it. So other assistant did. My comment that I am not going to get it because I have to stay behind the yellow line did not go down well. So crawled under the ribbon and caught the recipe. Is this contradictory or does the employee have fear ??? Then leave her at home but as a customer I don't want to be helped so bluntly by a grumpy ..... and make the rules clear !!

Unfortunately. Called to ask if the rest of my recipe would come. Everything ordered from the doctor at 8.30 a.m. The lady said yes. I wanted to explain to her that I am always short of a medicine and that it is for my heart. I didn't get that far and she changed her tone and didn't listen to my question. I told her not to talk to me with such a tone and ask a question. She said I don't have to listen to this and broke the connection. Very antisocial. I called at 3.20 pm on February 25, 2020.

Very nice and personal pharmacy. Attentive staff, nothing to complain about. Very involved with patients. I drive there especially for it.

Came to pick up the medication, was unable to pin with cc (with which you can pin everywhere today ...). When I said that I still had to go and collect money and came back, I was told that it was only possible to debit? That is strange for words that you can no longer pay with normal money at a pharmacy .... beyond the fact that they could say it immediately when I told them to raise money ... 😕
