Long waiting time, strange opening hours and therefore difficult to get on the phone

Incredibly many times not receiving medication with poor excuses such as "the prescription has stuck in the system" not even worth 1 star.

Long waiting times and very often the necessary medication is not available. Which means that you often have to wait for an hour ... even if you have ordered it well in advance.

For years, especially for my child, extra effort has been made, I am grateful for that. If necessary, something is explained again. This deserves five stars.

Super long waiting times. We will now go to another pharmacy. It does not matter at what time you go and whether you have 1 or 5 people in front of you. It seems as if you must have been inside for half an hour to leave.
