My parents purchased an iPhone SE 2020 but got zero help with installing the new iPhone which is the first Apple iPhone they get. Staff was mostly looking to the people outside of the store, eager to get the next sale done instead of helping the client they were selling a new phone with a close to €450 worth purchase price. Now have to hire a IT student to do the installation. Living in Naarden it’s unfortunately not easy to drive to Maastricht and back to do the installation for them...
Nice service, they take their time and consult you. Also they speak perfect English (I know like everywhere in the Netherlands but it's good to know for students).
