I have a home appraised for purchase. I could easily request the valuation via the website and then sign the assignment via email. A few days later I received a call to say that the appraisal was almost completed. With another question whether I was aware of the fact that the C.V. boiler was on lease, instead of owned as stated on funda. The sales broker had already informed me about this point, but it was nice that the appraiser checked this! There was only 4 working days between request and receipt of the report (6 days in total). All in all, a good and fast service, and that even for a reasonable price!
