Summer they were very busy with other repairs, so my car repair took longer. They said it would be finished within a week, but it only took longer. However, they have compensated this with the down payment that I had to make!

Repairman appointed by the lease company after damage by vandals 45 minutes from my home. Car was to be picked up and brought, but they forgot to bring the replacement car, which they could only bring 2 hours later. No driver available on return, I had to pick up the car all the way to Groningen myself.
