Paul answered my call immediately and was very transparent in stating costs of the services that I needed. He was open to scheduling the appointment on the same day even though he was busy, which I really appreciated. He finished the work even quicker than anticipated, perfectly and the costs were exactly as he stated. If I ever need a lock service again, I will call him, and would recommend him especially for expats who might be overwhelmed with the locksmith options around the city.

I would highly recommend Paul's locksmith service. He came within 30min after my call on a Sunday evening. Prior to the call out he explained the service cost. Whilst working to open my door he explained his method of work. He is honest and a genuine hero!

We called Paul because our front door was very drafty. We were unable to fix this ourselves. Paul has provided our front door with new draft strips. When it turned out that a part in the closing bowl was broken, making proper adjustment impossible, we were faced with the choice of whether Paul had to put a new closing bowl in it or not. We had already decided that he could put in a new one, when it turned out that he still had the same used locking bowl in his bus where he could take out the broken part. That saved us another 50 euros. We also received good advice on how he could make our front door more secure against burglary at low cost. We have made good use of that.

Paul helped me a lot today! Because I didn't pay attention and closed the door behind me with the front key on the inside of the door, I had locked myself out. Called in the evening and the day after Paul was there. He explained everything very clearly, shared an accurate estimate of the costs in advance and I was helped in a very friendly manner. Of course I assume that it will not happen again, but if it does then I immediately know who to contact.
