Martine ... Martine is "spot on" at a time when all the lights go out on you. That makes her special. Special in her contact, in particular, which is full of respect, transparency, compassion and openness. That also means that they name what is almost impossible for you as a surviving relative / loved one to name. She takes you through the process of saying goodbye, from minute 1 and comes up with options, ways of thinking and routes that you may not think of yourself. But during the process you also remain interested in the person to be said goodbye to and your personal viewpoint and experience. This really creates the feeling that you are on the road together and she also understands that sometimes you don't want to walk a standard route in saying goodbye to the person you love so much and actually don't want to say goodbye. I can't imagine a better funeral director than Martine .... "spot on" when all the lights go out on you .....

In difficult times it is nice to meet a personal and empathetic person like Martine who takes care of you. I can really recommend her.
