Rude attention... looked like not interesting in selling, eventhough we wanted to buy 2 new bikes. Maybe English speaking customers are not really welcome in this place... they have many options if you don't mind their rude attitude

Super service! Already friendly and good help several times.
I first wanted to buy a bicycle online, because it does make a difference in price. In the end I didn't dare to do that and went to try the Batavus Zonar at this store. I was immediately sold! I could try the bike extensively. The frame was a bit too large so a smaller one was ordered. I received a nice text message when he arrived, which was pretty fast by the way! A bottle holder was also set up immediately. Very kindly helped every time, they even knew by heart which bike it was, haha. Also clear that they know a lot about it. I now have a hybrid bicycle with derailleur for the first time. I have received good advice and explanation how it works with the gears. Soon I will go for my first (free!) Turn. I am so happy that I bought here and not on the internet. And if you include the free turn, it really doesn't matter !!
