Not being able to enter your house with your key. How frustrating is that! Fortunately, there is Paul. Clearly a craftsman with patience, he remained calm under the situation, and knowledgeable. He was able to open the door.

Once inside, he inspected the lock and repaired the defect. He showed me what was going on and he did not impose unnecessary costs on me, for example by putting on a new lock. He also gives tips on how to prevent this.
