What a tragedy this is. We bought 3 bikes here, 2 MTB and a regular bike. So they sold nicely, but they can't give a MTB a new pedal. The chain was literally dripping with oil and the steering wheel was tilted back.
Today after a month the bike back and then the pedal is still skewed in it. I've never been so disappointed in a store. Avoid disappointment and don't get anything here and find another store.
Just stopped by the workshop for a broken part.

well helped. Bicycle neatly repaired and bought another bicycle.
Walking to the center we came across this bicycle shop. Spontaneously stepped in with the question if there were two more bicycles for rent for this day. We were helped very friendly and after a few minutes we cycled through the beautiful Dordrecht.
Had bought lighting for my bike, front and rear, together 45 euros.
A few weeks later I lost the bracket from the rear light.
I went to the store and asked if they had another bracket.
For that I had to leave my light there for a while so they could see.
The next day I got a bracket from them, and my light.
But when I looked closely I saw that it was not my light, but an old worn-out thing, dirty and scratched, when I said that it was like, "no, that's your light", no really, that of I was completely new, clean and without scratches, got an old barrel back, mine probably sold them as a new one.
You don't see me there anymore.
