Bicycle selected and invoice drawn up and signed for approval. Bicycle is 249 euros with a free crate. Today we are going to pick up the bike, the amount of 249 euros has been scratched and 309 euros has been made. So I say to the seller this is not correct. He starts to play the game nervously, saying he made a mistake with the prize. He called the owner to ask what to do next. We waited there for more than half an hour with an impatient child, but apparently the owner was not reachable, so now we got a bicycle from megabikes in the center of Dordrecht. My advice is to go there, lots of choice and great staff who at least respond normally.

My bike offered for repair. A lot had to be done. Fine. 4 full weeks later still nothing has happened with it. Called several times to ask how things are going. I would be called back every time, because they don't weigh it. I never got a call back. Last weekend “the owner” would look into it. Again nothing heard. Tomorrow I will pick up the bike from there and take it to another bicycle repair shop, because this drives me crazy.

Well worth 0 stars. Purchased a new children's bicycle. Afterwards it turned out to have this damage. The salesman knew that but had forgotten to report. There would be a solution. Now 3 weeks later still no solution. The owner avoid contact. Very weak this.
