Just delivered bike to your home (with a discount), great service and explanation. In the past we bought bicycles online, but that is a thing of the past. Profile Vietsch shop (Pearl Buck yard 77a) is the bicycle shop for me !!!!

My mentally disabled son bought a bicycle there 1.5 years ago. This bike has been returned 8 times for repairs at Vietsch itself and at Halfords Dordrecht. Chain slack, spokes that stand out up to 4 times ..... we have already lost 150 repair costs in that period. For a 1.5 year old bicycle. If it is offered for repairs at Vietsch, it is often not ready at the agreed time and day and if you are unlucky and you bring it on Friday, you will lose it until Tuesday afternoon. The price of spokes replaced came with this boy with their sold product .... then just 1 year old at 80 euros, at halfords the same repair at 25 while I believe that this should have been covered under warranty ..... abuse this boy with a disability ??? Whether selling a bad product ... any thinking or understanding is hard to find. So ...... Viet ff on to soeteman or something because after sale there is little real service left ......

Great store, expert advice and good service. A recent example of service: on Saturday afternoon well after closing time with my bike and broken gear passed by, employees then repaired the gear free of charge and in their own time. Other repairs are always repaired as agreed.
