If I am there at least a queue of 10 people. After each assisted customer, they walk back a little and stay away for a few minutes. Maybe invest in more staff. You also get happier customers.

The sequence numbers on the board for the collection of medicines and other matters are unclear to the visually impaired and color blind. Color-blind people do not see red on green. I think black letters on white background are the best.
