Unfriendly !, I just went to the pharmacy, had to get medication, because my doctor has a malfunction, the prescription has not arrived, and I can not call the doctor because at that time the line was only available for emergencies, I have If you asked that lady, please contact the doctor, because I have to have the medication today, where she answers: no you have to do that yourself I do not have time for this, the fact that she does not have time for that I accept I respect, but the way she says it and the tone I find extremely unkind and disrespectful.

Not very customer-friendly, often long waiting times. Ordered prescriptions are only ready after two days, while the doctor says it can be picked up the next day. It turns out to be somewhere on their website. So if I arrive at the pharmacy a day early, I will not receive any medicines, even if they could look up the box in this way. When I say in a friendly way that it is difficult for me to come back the next day because of a busy job in healthcare, staff react very defensive and unkind. Furthermore, a neat pharmacy, medicines are always correct.

I have been waiting for 5 days for my medication from Thursday in the weekend, weekend doctor even had to call it concerns soothing medicines oxacepan 2/5 a day for both my wife and myself and oxicodin for my chronic pancreas inflammation which is very painful! Yesterday Monday 17 Aug 2020 my wife went to the pharmacy 4 times and I called 3/5 times and talked to the same gentleman over and over again. This man was very arrogant and I had the idd that he certainly did not take my question seriously, but called again at the GP post at 1615 and the Medicines were of course approved by the GP @ I have been getting this for some time and with code! I noticed the gentleman of the pharmacy that he was not serious, he was now preparing the medicines 1632 hours and then were brought somewhere tonight ..... I had started to get 0825 this morning with the medicines . I received confirmation from both my wife and me ,,, also that they would be brought etc .... 2135 nothing I called GPs but because of all the medicines I had taken for the pain in the meantime, I had to borrow them from someone who she really needed herself !! it was impossible for me to pick it up at haga ..... since I could no longer drive ... Lying awake until 0515 with intense pain no medication of course and as I expected had received nothing. The last time I spoke to the gentleman from the pharmacy, I explicitly asked if they would really be concerned that I could otherwise have my wife collect them before 1730 .... I wanted him to have my 06 that my wife came to get them if they couldn't be brought ... as I said I heard from his arrogant attitude and behavior and was already afraid of it ... But chronic e drugs Oxycodone and oxacepan do not deliver today Wednesday / Thursday and I have clear evidence. I therefore want to file a complaint against this gentleman !!!! Happy response, crazy for words this !!!!

Mrs. Esther from this pharmacy is very self-righteous and not customer friendly.

Very knowledgeable people who take the time for you and give clear explanations about medication. Unfortunately because of this sometimes long waiting times.
