Came a few days ago from the seh with my 3 year old child. Received medication from the pediatrician. Once you arrive at the pharmacy you will not be helped friendly. There was only 1 person who could use a customer friendliness course. She finally sent me home with no medication. With the announcement whether I was by car because then I would better go to pharmacy segbroek. They usually have everything in stock there. I went back to the pediatrician on duty and there I complained. The nursing doctors who were there were perplexed and gave me a 2.5 ml drink enough for the morning so that I could get the medicine from my own pharmacy. This pharmacy is worthless! I would recommend everyone to drive straight to the Segbroek pharmacy. Customer friendliness is much better there and indeed they have everything in stock there. How dare you present yourself as a 24-hour pharmacy if you send the customers away with nothing, no alternative no another pharmacy. And that with a sick child of 3 years who needs that medication. They do not respond to a letter of complaint. I already warn people.
