I am absolutely not satisfied with this pharmacy. My son needs special medication due to medical necessity and this pharmacy does not want to supply this medication, despite the fact that I have submitted documentation from the IGJ which literally states that this is possible. I would absolutely not recommend this pharmacy, because they do not think along at all towards solutions: I had to try other medication again with the doctor (after we had already done that for six months last year and came to the conclusion that he really can only tolerate that one medication). Very disappointing this.

Repeat recipes can only be picked up after 3 days, but if you arrive with a recipe note you will receive it immediately. Just have stock please. Closed on Saturday .... How can they come up with it ...

Due to Corona measures, the pharmacy cannot be reached by telephone from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. and they are closed from 12.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. If you already call a few times outside these times, there will be no answer. I really want to understand that it is compromising due to the corona measures, but make sure that you can actually be reached by telephone at the times when you indicate that you are reachable.
