This pharmacy cannot stand criticism unfortunately. they call you but you have to walk in their street. also make quite a few mistakes and if you point them out, they don't like it. then they would like to see you leave as a customer, heard today.

In terms of communication, it really is a worthless pharmacy. Now for the third time in two months it is not possible for me to order my medication. I find it below all odds to send me an e-mail with 'You cannot request this' if I am not even informed about a change in the package at all .. and that now three times in a row!

Very friendly employees. But it always takes a terribly long time before it is your turn. No matter what day and at what time. It is always busy and it always takes a long time. Sometimes I go in 3 times a week for a repeat recipe, but then walk out 3 times. 6, 7 or 8 Waiting for you is no exception and the time can run up to 20 to 30 minutes. Perhaps the pharmacy can go to the Ridderveld pharmacy to find out how they can manage to help customers quickly.

Cute pharmacy. Not a lot of place to sit unfortunately but always seems to be busy. This can of course also be due to me having the misfortune to come by at a busy time :)

pharmacy with good service, waiting times sometimes long (usually enough waiting places where you can sit) but that is nowadays at every pharmacy ..
