Asked on the phone whether they also assemble bicycles for a payment that were not bought from them. Immediately: No no, we do not feel like and have no time for that. Unfriendly. Not service oriented.

What are they here say service-oriented. If you come with a flat tire, the other bicycle repairers are on holiday, you are the first to be asked if you are a customer and then arrogantly explained that you will be the first in 2 months. I will never become a customer here.

Last year bought an electric bicycle from them. Super good advice and sevice. Also try to think along with the customer in order to achieve a good result.
