At Faas two-wheelers you count as a customer, if there is a problem with a supplier, they go the extra mile for you. Great thing to buy my next bike again!

Some time ago my son fell off his chain on the way to school, they wouldn't help him put it on. Today he wanted to bring his bike for a new rear inner and outer tire. They only had time for that in 2 weeks. On a tone of go somewhere else! I have the idea that this is not a bicycle repair shop, just a bicycle sales point or if you want to leave a few hundred euros. Don't try it a third time.

A terrible shop with terrible service. People try to make a whole new bicycle with every problem. When I bought a tire it was literally full of holes and a broken valve. When I needed help I couldn't come for an appointment until a month later. I've been here 3 times and I regret it.
