Nice conversations with clear language. Jacqueline and Jolanda were always open to answer our questions in an expert manner! Everything is discussed down to the last detail and action is taken very quickly, so that everything runs smoothly. We can only say that you can go nowhere better than with these 2 ladies. Thanks!

Service left something to be desired, had a different expectation from ZLM. Were not addressed in a friendly manner. We got the feeling that we were nagging because we probably were not entitled to compensation at all, according to various advisers (employees), after we unfortunately had to cancel our holiday in the meantime.
