Such lousy customer service! We needed a new SIM card with number retention. The first question was whether we had bought the new phone from them, not so. Then it turned out that they could not find the telephone number in their system even though we said that we automatically top up with T-Mobile. Little did they know that Orange had ever been taken over by T-Mobile. We were then sent to KPN because we were supposed to be a prepaid customer with KPN and not with them because we called 1233 for voicemail. Do you have to go to every provider but soit ... A little later after logging in to my T-Mobile on a terrace, I got to see all the SIM card data. So back to the shop with the evidence in hand ... They didn't even look, had to stay outside and were given a blank SIM card home ... Find out for yourself, we don't feel like it today!
