Erik has arranged a mortgage for us. He is very pleasant to deal with and had the patience to explain everything to us calmly and sometimes several times. He did this in an understandable way, because with some things you have never had any experience with it yourself. He kept us well informed of the steps to be taken and the duration of each step. He was also realistic by not only looking at what you can borrow to the maximum, but especially how you can maintain your lifestyle and what is needed for this. Because of this we were not surprised and our mortgage was arranged quickly and well. In short, Erik is a must!

Despite the fact that completing a mortgage application must be a short event, Erik has done a lot of work in processing endless series of questions from the bank involved. I'm glad I didn't do the accident myself!
