Information to the customer is not transparent about the medication requested on prescription. Not customer friendly: recipe already issued the day before, you can't pick it up the next day while it is ready ?? !! Weird!!!!

It is a pity that when you arrive at 5:32 PM you can no longer get your medication ... Even if they see you, they will not speak to you. Because 17:30 is of course 17:30. Even if you try to contact us by phone 5 to 5:30, the phone is already switched off. Now I am obliged to drive to Schoonhoven every time I live in Lopik village, but unfortunately they are not open outside my working hours. I find very customer unfriendly.
