When Mother, Grandma, passed away, there was Christel's loving, clear and competent care from the start. In peace and quiet it became a personal funeral that suited mother completely and matched our wishes. The entire course of events was perfectly clear in advance and all agreements were met. Sadness and memories found a place in a pleasant way. We still feel good about it.

From the moment Christel came in, she relieved us of the difficult time we were in at the time. How much needs to be arranged and what you should all think of ... .. Christel charted it step by step and helped us to provide the best possible farewell. Nothing was too much to ask for and literally available day and night. So nice to be able to fall back on someone in such a period of so much sadness with so much knowledge and empathy. In fact, every word lacks!
