I've been coming here for a while, bought an e-bike there. Excellent service, nice trade-in and great deal for the new bike. Small things are solved quickly, maintenance is done professionally. And no unnecessary parts, etc., if adjustment is possible. No pushy sales, but plenty of time to try and decide for yourself. I definitely recommend Roto.

* Solved fine in the end! Thanks for the reply. My bicycle went to the bicycle repair shop for a flat tire. For 23 euros my tire would be glued including a new inner tube. I also said that nothing else needs to be done about the bike. It is an old bicycle with many defects. But he cycles well otherwise. My bike is also outside day and night, so it is a shame to spend a lot of money on it. Once when we picked up the bike, it was cheerfully said that the tire has also been replaced because there was hardly any profile on it anymore ..... This was done without consultation. Clearly stated that nothing else needs to be done on the bike. And then do a little extra. Instead of 23 euros you suddenly lose 43 euros ..... This is more than I paid for the whole bike .... No more Roto for me.
