Rob understands the art of tuning in to what is needed in the vulnerable period just after a death. Empathic but thorough. He had an eye for all of us, so we each had our own way of saying goodbye. His guidance helped us a lot.

Rob knows like no other how to listen to people, to feel the ideas and emotions of each person involved and to translate them and then give them a practical interpretation. (Eg a beautiful mourning card.) He does this in a very respectful way and without ever falling into obligatory obligations, you feel real involvement. He gives you support and confidence when you need it the most, but also feels razor-sharp when someone needs space. Too bad you can only give 5 stars, I would like to give Rob 10.

Rob, thank you very much for your pleasant guidance after the death of our father, husband and grandfather! We have experienced a lot of support. Your involvement felt very natural, your humor was nice too. The crematoedienst was a nice conclusion, we could not have wished for better.

As an artist Rob moved with what suited us .... he moved with the different design of this so special day for us. I had never seen the combination of empathy and professional support and guidance. A great example for the new age in the funeral world (wife of the deceased). Rob Austria has supported us with a lot of warmth and professionalism. Every day he guided us step by step a bit further through the process towards the funeral, in manageable parts that exactly matched what we could handle at the time, and with a lot of peace and time. Rob came up with creative ideas and gave us a lot of confidence by thinking in detail and also taking charge of practical matters. Afterwards we received many special, positive reactions about the ceremony and the involvement of Rob. (daughter of the deceased)
