Expensive, bad service. Charged me 30 Euros for readjusting the gears. Also had to replace one broken cable, so the 30 Euros for fix and material are somehow justified. However, he only fixed the three main gears at the pedal, not the ones at the back wheel. Of course he didn’t tell me. Now I will go to another shop to get my back gears adjusted as well for I guess another 20 Euros or so...

I broke my bike here as my chain was jammed (not broken). they asked 10euros for a repair (it was a very simple repair only required a proper tool which I didn't have at the moment). that's ok. but then I asked if he could also adjust my hydraulic breaks which can be a bit tricky (requires special oil) he said he will do it for 15€ each break and he needs an hour. I came back after an hour and he didn't put any oil in them because I guess he either didn't have one or he didn't know how to repair, only tightened a bit the cable. but it got loose after a couple of breaks again because it wasn't what he was supposed to do. so I payed him 30€ for doing close to nothing. he could have tell me, hey I can't help you with this but he didn't.

Super friendly and good service! Clear explanation of what had to be done on my bike and clear agreements in advance. I was able to pick up my bike the same day. I am very satisfied and I would also recommend this bicycle repair shop to friends and acquaintances.

Bad service. And expensive: In early November I was there to have a brake replaced. For that, a part had to be replaced that he had to order. Fine. He was supposed to be in late December. At the end of December I went to check if the part was already there, and got a story like "Oh hmm, no, we don't have it, and it's not in the computer either. I don't think we ordered it . Then they ordered it again, and it would come in "sometime in January," and they would call me. Since then I have heard nothing (almost May) from them. I had expected brake pads for my other brake, which cost me 30 euros there.

Top sir! have my road bike made with the wheel hub broken. He explained exactly what had to be replaced. At first I doubted but after his good and clear explanation I did, very happy :)
