Apart that you are asked for your name in reviews. It is well known that the service is inadequate and it sometimes seems to take an unnecessarily long time. Before I transferred a family member to Kaleidoscope, I often enough had to wait at least half an hour before reaching the area. The Kaleidoscope system is more pleasant in that respect. I had to get something for a family member who unfortunately is still at Parkrand. The employee was so grumpy. When I called the SAG and reported what was passed on to me, her face grew even longer and she didn't even try to hide it! So customer unfriendly. Do they realize they are being paid for the work they do? The pharmacist can always search for reasons and for that reason want to know the name behind a review, but it is time to realize that the employees are extremely friendly to each other, but selective towards the customers in this regard. Some are very rude. That this is still possible within healthcare.

Have been a customer of this pharmacy for some time. Never had to worry about the waiting times, at my previous pharmacy they were much longer. Employees behind the desk have already helped me by talking to my doctor about too strong a drug. Satisfied. Definitely stay here for years to come!

Compared to other pharmacies, people work very slowly, it takes them a lot of time to find prescriptions, prepare them, chat a lot, etc. They often spend a long time staring at the screen and tapping, or all kinds of drawers open / closed draw: how hard is it to find something in their system?
