Not the most friendly for trans folks, went twice - first time was a bit of a struggle due to their perception of my gender, second time was better. Would advise better training for staff to be more inclusive to the lgbtq community.

Poor service, lady at the desk (foreign woman with poor Dutch) is not suitable to do her job. Always a long wait, 1 seller at the counter and 4 others always snuggling behind.
