Nice to see where the provinces of North Holland, South Holland and Utrecht have the Drie Provinciën Punt on the Amstel-Drecht Canal. This canal is the connection between the Aarkanaal from Alphen aan den Rijn in the south and the river Drecht from Oude Wetering in the west on the one hand (which converge at the Tolhuissluis) and the Amstel that flows from Uithoorn aan de Amstel to Amsterdam in the north on the other. The river Kromme Mijdrecht flows together with the Amstel-Drecht canal at Uithoorn and from that point the river Amstel begins.

Beautiful plate, those colors, that background, you must see this! Okay so I went past it on the racing bike, but I saw the sign!
