I had discussed with my wife a long time ago that if anything ever happened to one of us, I would have the funeral arranged by Charlotte anyway. She is incredibly good and professional, but with a personal touch, which makes you feel very understood as a family who stayed behind in the run-up to the day of the funeral. During this day everything went perfectly down to the last detail. Had so many sweet reactions about how beautiful and special the service was. Thank you so much for everything Charlotte!

Lovingly accompanying our parents' funerals, both of which we lost within nine months, was so nice. It was a warm experience during that difficult time. Charlotte also knew how to help us register our stillborn daughter (which was not allowed at the time) so that we could also give this a place.
