Anita took care of the cremation of my husband, our father (in law) and grandfather Bert Sanders. Right from the first contact, she gave us a nice and familiar feeling, not only because of her knowledge, but also because of her personal approach. Also with the children she was very calm and clear about what was going to happen, so that they could say goodbye in their own way and at their own pace. We look back on a nice farewell, which we were able to give substance to in our own way with her guidance.

Our mother passed away over a month ago. I speak on behalf of my 5 brothers. We can now look back a bit more and feel what happened in that month. Right from the first meeting, Anita came across as genuinely involved and it was the time she takes to listen to us. She understood the grief and dealt with it humanly. It is also nice that we always had one contact person and that was Anita herself. She has visited us many times and was always available for our questions. She thought of things that we would have absolutely missed ourselves and that made the farewell more beautiful. The quotation was also fair, and was communicated fairly and clearly in advance. We will not get our mother back. The grief is great. But we will remember with due pleasure the beautiful goodbye of Mother. Anita, me and my 5 brothers are grateful for that.
