The positive review that is also here is from the owner or partner, so not representative. And the building is less important as good advice. Nice talk in the front and everything we wanted could. On the basis of this data, our house was sold and a new house was purchased. Two to twelve and after calling themselves, they turned out not to be busy with the mortgage and even worse when it turned out that, according to him, we had to deposit much more money of their own than was indicated by them. Panic broke out, because the old house had been sold and we could not buy the new house, because I did not have that much money of my own. No solution, my parents had to borrow money and lend it to us again. Absurd advice. For example, we were almost on the street with a baby. Fortunately, we got a reprieve from the former owners and quickly chose another consultancy. There is no point in submitting a complaint, because they do not process it either.

Unfortunately not a good experience. No expertise in house, and when it comes to the end, they are not at home. You can call after them yourself, as soon as you have signed the order and there is always someone sick that causes this. Complaints will not be processed, because that employee was also ill and seems to be ill to date. Eventually forced to go to someone else, who did what can be expected from a financial advisor. The choice is yours, but it doesn't take much to be better than this club.

As an employee and consultant, I naturally give a 5 star rating. Of course it is a pity to read that there are people who express their displeasure without personal consultation about the displeasure in question. In most cases, matters are solved in a personal interview. As an explanation of what is written: - Ms. Pieters blames our office for something when we are not a party and we do not know her either. - Mrs. Bouten and Max are 1 party. 1. The owner or partner has not posted a review. 2. Apparently you can no longer get sick. 3. Complaints are always handled correctly in accordance with a recorded protocol. 4. Unfortunately, we were unable to offer them what they requested. - Mr. Cologne has failed to provide documentary evidence to terminate the insurance. This has been requested and requested several times, but has never been delivered. This showed that there was still 1 premium outstanding that still had to be paid. As you read, things are often more nuanced than just written. Of course it is a utopia to satisfy every customer, but we do our utmost for this, but this does not always work.

We recently arranged our mortgage and insurance through Financieel Advieshuys Waalre. We were perfectly helped by Geert Nuwenhoud. A good explanation was given and matters were handled to our satisfaction. In any case, we are very satisfied with it !!
