Customer service is very poor. every agent have different opinion. Sometimes it is not even clear for them. The way management is recording conversations but nothing has been done to improve service. I don't recommend their service. At the end, if you want to be healthy, don't take insurance at IAK/AON.

Contact is awful. Needed to transfer the insurance to another car. Telephoned and waited, they hung up after 45 minutes. Tried again, hung up after 35 minutes. Phoned another number got transferred and then they hung up. Phoned the ANWB got it all sorted within 10 minutes and it worked out cheaper than AON. This was the second day I tried. AON you are losing customers and rightly so if this what you call service.

1 payment: This year I've been deducted the wrong premium, twice! it seems that you can never get anything right via website. 2. customer service: you will never be able to call in immediately, it always take hours (yes, hours!) to connect to IAK's personnels. Either there are too many mistakes they make, or they are seriously understaffed in their service departement. therefore it is almost impossible to get help over the phone. if you write an email, it takes almost two weeks to get a reply, despite that the promised response time is within a week on its website. 3. The website is superslow and unresponsive. Even an server half a globe away has better response. and it's also super difficult to find options to stop your pakket. then again, you have to call, then please see no.2. 4. Price. Their price is not cheap, even after the discount via employers. but still not cheap! there are tons of better options out there.

The costumer service is horrible. They deny reimbursed with no reason, make things difficult, and when you try to call you have to wait about 40 minutes for someone to pick up the line.
