Laat dat zorg er maar af. Ze leveren noch zorg noch hulpmiddelen. Beloven van alles op site, maar zijn telefonisch slecht te bereiken. Kom niet verder dan een telefoniste die braaf elke keer mijn gegevens noteert. Om wanhopig van te worden! Onvoorstelbaar dat dit kan en mag! Update: na dagen bellen en smeken zonder enig contact met de de afdeling zelf ontvingen we het met spoed gevraagde incontinentiemateraiaal dag na overlijden van moeder. Zo goed "zorgen" Apotheekzorg (en Zilveren Kruis) voor hun klanten.

They are too busy and apparently can't handle it. A operator who knows nothing about anything will speak to you (after a long time on hold). You can then submit a callback request and you will not be called back. E-mails are also not answered. Never seen such a wrong move to transfer everything to a central organization. The local pharmacy is much better and more suitable to provide this care.

Despite the many bad reviews this company has received, Zorg always delivers my medication neatly to my regular pharmacy and I am also always neatly helped by the telephone operators. So far I have not encountered any problems.

In the practice, Apotheek.zorg is Pharmacy.No Care. Promise little, giving little makes the madman live in joy. That's their moto. I have been waiting for aids prescribed by my doctor for almost four weeks. Unive.Zorg has mastered itself by working with this miserable organization.
