if I need extra medication and they call them from the family doctor or send them a prescription, they don't show up on days and you call them the next day, they say we didn't get anything while the family doctor sent it on or you will be told that and you can also give that or else you will wait until Monday and I find that very bad if someone calls Beld who does not understand what is meant and then they will call the doctor and then says the house doctor no we give this and not the other it is very badly arranged

I got this pharmacy through the foundation where I lived. Unfortunately after almost 4 years of calling and e-mailing my medication list was not correct when I moved, there was even a medication on this list that I had never used myself, but it turned out to be from a client at the time where I returned to this location until 6 months attended only we were both in a different residential group. And there were also medicines that my MD doctor had already stopped 3.5 years ago and this pharmacy regularly stops medicines that are on chronic use and changes considerably with medicines that are not available and this goes without consultation with my doctors and this goes very difficult because of the different allergies I have. And the communication about when the delivery or if resources are not in stock is unfortunately very poorly indicated, so you as a client do not know if and when the medication is delivered and that you suddenly receive a mega amount of medication. In my old pharmacy there was always a note with it that medication A cannot be delivered and when the pharmacy can supply it again so that as a patient you know that medicine A will be delivered in 8 days so that as a patient I do not have to order a double medicine to do. Perhaps this is an option for you from Brocacef to communicate this in this direction to the patient as well? This prevents a lot of uncertainty and double orders and extra costs for the patient and also for the housing association. Perhaps this is a solution and learning goal for Brocacef to implement this.

Been getting my medication from them for quite some time now. Excellent is always right!
