One last goodbye can only be done once and that should be good. It was a beautiful funeral, which is also a comfort to us. Helen takes you by the hand during that difficult time after the death of your loved one. Organizes practical matters, advises and supports. She is always easily accessible, responds quickly and no question is too crazy. We are happy to have made this choice.

Worth the trust! The death of my mother was not unexpected, so I informed about different companies in advance. MBU was the best in price. There were certainly some differences. Given some bad experiences from me and others, I was rather suspicious, but MBU has given me confidence in the industry again. The service was excellent. Nothing was too much to ask. Honest and expert advice that made the whole thing much better and cheaper than our original plan. The companies they work with, such as caretakers, printers and certainly the florist, are also very good. The communication was also very pleasant and personal. In short: Highly recommended !!

Within 6 months after the death of our father, our mother's health deteriorated very fast. She would no longer have long to live. We have requested various offers via offert.nl. Shortly after the request was sent, Helen from the funeral director immediately contacted us by telephone. It was a very good and compassionate conversation. She also showed a lot of interest and compassion with regard to the death of our father. We received the quotation from her shortly after the interview. We have also received a quote from several funeral directors. However with Helen it was a good feeling right away. Unfortunately we had to use Helen and Mirjam's service within one week. Our mother fell asleep in peace on 24 June. Helen and Mirjam came to settle the funeral of our mother. We listened carefully to our wishes. Both showed a lot of empathy. A whatsapp group was created immediately, so that the contact became accessible. The next morning she had sent another message asking how we were doing. The entire time until the cremation, there was regular contact, "From how with you now, you still have questions, wishes". We also received a script of the cremation so that everyone knew how the cremation would go. Prior to the cremation, Mirjam kept our little nephew busy. She told him about the cremation, so that we could still say goodbye to our mother in peace. The funeral service was very nice, intimate and entirely to our liking. Helen spoke beautifully about our mother. Mirjam and Helen also took pictures at the final farewell. We really like these photos. We also experienced aftercare and subsequent settlement as very pleasant. We found it very pleasant that she also kept in touch after the cremation and showed interest.
