A number of medicines remain on my repeat prescription. Benu's method is that I first have to put my repeat prescription in their letterbox. Then they send me an email and I can go to the pharmacy again to get the remaining medicines. Nobody in the case and my question whether the medicines are in stock, is answered in the affirmative. But still I have to put the repeat recipe in the letterbox and go home. What a cumbersome way, so-called for corona. While the policy is already that only 3 people are allowed in their shop and there is a hall of more than 100 square meters, where you can safely wait from a distance. No, the pharmacy chooses to send their clients home and return them. Unfortunately only Benu pharmacies in the area ..

What a terribly sloppy pharmacy. The first 4 times I came there they had to register me again and again. Got an invoice today for something I didn't get. And then the owner says that I absolutely got it, so not. And he is not going to declare it because his staff works very carefully. So in other words, I'm lying. So I immediately switched to another pharmacy. Most people here in the neighborhood complain about this pharmacy, unfortunately it is the only one here. But I prefer to choose a pharmacy that I can trust and that treats me properly.
