Come to the conclusion that PMA has abolished that annual bonus without my knowledge. Contacted customer service about this. According to the employee, I could have read this on the website last year. Who communicates policy changes via a website ?! I have been a customer of PMA for years, so I do not need to check the website annually for changes. The employee also confirms that an email or letter about this has never been sent to existing customers. Very bad! In addition, the employee indicates that I could have found the change in my healthcare policy, because 'receiving a healthcare bonus' is no longer stated on the healthcare policy. It makes sense that there are so many angry customers. In 2020, you can expect a little more customer focus from a health insurer!

What I find very unfortunate is that the bonus that we were able to request at the end of the year suddenly no longer exists. For both of my parents who have to make do with an AOW pension, this was a nice extra every year. So it is a pity that it is no longer. Now you can just as well go and take a look at Menzis or another insurer, because this is not an attractive advantage for us through PMA ...

PMA - Allianz is head and shoulders the worst insurer in the Netherlands. There is no customer service and employees have absolutely no knowledge of the matter. They just took it away from energy sales call centers. This company has no right to exist.
