Some of the comments my mother got hurled at her head: - she was childish - she should treat people with a little more respect - It was 'not wise' to get angry, because she needed something from the company (she still had to get her money back) ... Sounds like a threat? - The 'tone she hit' did not fit within the 'values ​​and norms framework' of the company and 'they would rather not do business with such people'. That is good, because I also advise not to do business with this company, unless you are happy with arrogance, diligence and an extremely unprofessional and primary way of dealing with complaints. Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars, otherwise I would have done that.
