A terrible company. If you have a complaint, they will do their utmost to shed the responsibility as far as possible and to put the full blame on you. Some of the comments my mother got hurled at her head: - she was childish - she should treat people with a little more respect - It was 'not wise' to get angry, because she needed something from the company (she still had to get her money back) ... Sounds like a threat? - The 'tone she hit' did not fit within the 'values ​​and norms framework' of the company and 'they would rather not do business with such people'. That is good, because I also advise not to do business with this company, unless you are happy with arrogance, diligence and an extremely unprofessional and primary way of dealing with complaints. Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars, otherwise I would have done that.
