My nephew likes to fish and wants boilies for his birthday. Tante searches online for the best price / quantity ratio and ends up at Boilies Discounter from Chamel and places an order at the webshop. Coincidentally, both (nephew and Chamel) are in the same place and I get a call. My nephew gets extra boilies when he picks up the package himself, worth the shipping costs. That means thinking along with customers, well arranged! In addition, the lady on the phone was not only customer friendly, but also very nice. Compliments!

Webshop chamel is very unreliable. I buy a phone here that does not work. According to Chamel, this is covered by the Samsung warranty. No, samsung says. This is an outdated and rejected device. No guarantee. Chamel says I will reimburse the device if I send it back. I do this and they then refuse to pay back and have been doing nothing for a month now. As you can see, they are now suspended by the quality mark. Nothing to buy.
