Switched to this pharmacy by moving and reading reviews, but what a mistake. The people are very slow of understanding, both when you call and when you pass by. Those who pick up the phone or stand at the counter seem to have absolutely no understanding of what to do, so far they always have to call in their colleague to give a simple repeat prescription, which I have been using for six months. In addition, it has already happened three times that it is said that I need a new repeat prescription from the specialist, while have a repeat prescription for a year. They can only find it every time if you indicate exactly what date you emailed this recipe to them, because apparently they have little knowledge of the system. It has also happened once that I obtained a completely different brand of medicine, while the brand is specifically mentioned on the repeat prescription from the specialist, there were some other ingredients in the medicine, it was not discussed in advance and it was found strange by one of those colleagues I had on the phone the next time. And today it even happened that it was said that I was not registered at this pharmacy, because suddenly my file was closed in the system without any (statement of) reason. Fortunately, this has been reversed, but in my opinion that cannot just happen, so these people are really doing something. Previously sat at Benu Pharmacy Oudeland in Zwijndrecht, the people there were not too fast but i.i g. those people did not need their colleague to hold their hands for every thing, your repeat prescriptions were properly saved and your file was not simply closed in the system. It is unfortunate that I now live too far away, otherwise I would have gone back. If you have the option of going to another pharmacy, even if it is a lot further afield, I would really recommend that. At this pharmacy, it seems all they need to be able to talk to be hired.

DANGEROUS and extremely UNFRIENDLY and completely NON SERVICE ORIENTED. This pharmacist unabashedly dispenses the wrong medicines to the wrong patients and excels in NOT thinking along and the LOWEST service level. Particularly high cabinet-to-wall content. Downright embarrassing.

Some time ago switched from Benu Hesseplaats to this pharmacy. Still happy with this choice. Helped very friendly, waiting times might be a bit long, but that was no problem, because people really seem to take the time to help their customers. Even very alert when it turned out that the doctor prescribed a slightly too low dose of antibiotics for my daughter. We have been using the pick-up machine for my husband's medication for 6 months. The pharmacy itself is very alert with filling the machine, so that we have the medication at home on time ...

Pleasant pharmacy. Friendly, helpful staff. Medication can be taken from the collection robot 24 hours / 7 days a week.

Good pharmacy and have a lot for people about qualifications and many possibilities, unfortunately not too long opening times
