By far the best one amongst all the workshops I've tried so far in Den Haag and surrounding areas. Not cheap but worth the visit if you like your bike.

Really happy with the good service of Tom Schouten. My bike has been repaired with a new set of wheels and other new parts. Clear communicated services throughout the whole process. Will definitely go here again!

Quality of work is good, staff is friendly, decent selection of high quality products, good inventory on spare parts. Go there if you need a spare part, but do not go there if you need a quick help. They will not help you if you need an urgent repair, even it it is a 20 minutes thing, they will kindly refer to a full agenda and let you wait several days (in January). Happened to me more than two times, had to go somewhere else with my 5k€ bike where I got the problem fixed immediately. It is a nice shop but I felt like disturbing them in their routine, they did not see any urgency and actually they did not care if I could participate at a race or not because my bike needed a fix. So their ambitions are high on product quality, but I deduct three stars for the lack of service mindset which does not fit to the high price level.

Nice store with very nice bikes. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Biggest downside is that store does not let you test ride the bicycles. Probably would have bought from the store but not without test riding.

Best cycling (specialist) shop in the Netherlands. Very knowlesgeable mechanics who can help with any challenge/issue. They handel my beloved bike with greatest care over and over again so that I can ride the toughest routes anywhere: on the beach, in the forest or in the Alps.
