They are very slow and very unpleasant for foreigners , very surprising giving the fact that this is an expat area

Incredible incompetence. Long waiting times. Half an hour outside in line with about ten and a half hours inside with 4 customers. 1 employee at the desk. Had called ahead to ask if they had the medication in stock. Answer yes. After waiting half an hour for the medication to be removed from the shelves, I received the message that one medication was not in stock but could be delivered in 2 weeks !!
