Brilliant sculptures. Simple. But full of meaning, which, initially I didn't get. Some of them made me laugh, but, most of all, they made me think. I wonder what kids make of them?

In 2004, Beelden aan Zee Museum opened a fascinating terrace on the boulevard side. American sculptor Tom Otterness, who designed similar public installations for New York, immersed himself in fairy tales and legends about the sea.
