Place is always fun for kids but sometimes too busy. Today, when visiting with our granddaughter, I noticed over 5 staff were in the front counter/kitchen area, sometimes not very busy. Meanwhile, the washrooms were very dirty and in need of attention. Place would benefit by having a staff member supervise children to some degree when it is busy and a staff member to attend to the toilets.
Lots for kids to do, no much in the way of food or drinks for adults.
Really nice and safe place for children to play.
Very nice place for kids but the ones who will enjoy most are the ones from age 6 and older. Little ones have a space to play in but not much variety. Mostly crowded specially in holidays it becomes harder to enjoy. Free parking though.
Kids had a lovely time in Monkey town and were more than happy to stay for 6 hours if you are preoccupied or patient enough to wait. Lots of tables and chairs for adults to sit and wait, charging ports for your electrical devices which is a very nice touch as well as free wifi. For the hours you get for the price, it's a great place for the whole day. The only con I would say is that the toilets and sitting area can become dirty quickly...but hey what do you expect when busy hours mean more than 100 people are in there!
