Great service. The man helped us try lots of bikes, even those that were hardest to reach. Although his English wasn't perfect, he tried hard and we understood each other. We bought a new Cortina e-bike which they delivered exactly as promised and explained the free check up and guarantee. We'd happily buy another bike here!

Poorly done, very expensive! My chain was out, they charged € 18 to put it back and did not even remove the sand from inside the chain cover. They moved the tire back (cheap fix!), and the chain did not sit in well and was grinding on my teeth wheel.... a few days later I had to redo it all the way myself and thats when I saw all the sand that had in the chain cover. I will never go back there and I dont advise anyone to go who is looking for quality work.

erg vriendelijke en vakbekwaam personeel. erg veel verstand van hun vak . super goede dienstverlening ,zeker met het uitzoeken van de nieuwe fiets van onze dochter!! kwaliteit staat hoog in het vandel bij deze winkel. Patrick, Nathalie en onze gelukkige dochter Jasmijntje.
